i try to find the line in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/75pveconf , but only this code inside

it seems the certificate of nas.ub.ac.id:444 is not valid, but this is not a proxmox problem

The certificate of your proxy nas.ub.ac.id:444 is not trusted. Thats you problem. Don't use a proxy or check why the proxy certificate is untrusted.
