Hello,

I download template for create my VM, but when i want select the ISO, i don't have centos 7 or debian ...
I think it's the format because when i download the template the format is tgz but i don't know how i can make .iso

In order to create a container, you need a container template.

If you want a VM, you need an OS installation ISO, not a template.
Eg. for Debian, get one on https://www.debian.org/

If you want LXC and have no right template to it, you can install pure KVM virtual machine from ISO I mented above, and then convert it to container (right mouse click on selected VM).
And, as @tom noted absolutely right, please understand PVE and virtualisation basics to know the difference between container and KVM VM difference.

In addition, you CAN install Debian 7 in container, and you CAN get needed template.
Just enable 'Container template' in your storage properties (Datacenter -> Storage), then go to your storage, click 'Contents', then select 'Templates'. Find tempate named 'debian-7.0-standard' and click 'Download'.
Now, you have Debian 7 template.
