same email but different spam score for different users

Hi,

I noticed that the same email resulted in different spam result for different users. One user may have the email quarantine as spam but another user allow the email to come through. I don't see any whitelist/blacklist on their backend that is causing it. How do I going around to troubleshoot this issue? Thank you.

hi,

you can post the log of the mails, there should be a list of spamassassin rules and the spam score for it
you can either use the tracking center or simply search in /var/log/mail.log
 
Thanks..I found that it is mostly the AWL and the Bayes scores are different for the users. What is a good way to remedy that? Thank you.
 
you could deactivate both of those features
