samba lxc

hey i created an lxc with samba inside and mounted the drive via the proxmox web and everything worked great.
after i restart the server it self the root user dont have access to the drive i add it says permission denied.
before the restart everything worked great.

hi,

if the smb share is on a container then the container needs to be running for the share to be accessible.

is your container set to start automatically on boot?

hey i did find a solution in another post.
my problem was that every time my proxmox will restart the mount drive will not be mounted and i needed to do this command "
zfs mount -O -a" to get it back.
i will leave a link to post that shows how to fix this.

basically the problem was that i had no cache file set for the zfs storage i was tring to mount.
