rule to block spam based on part of the text

Hi!
How can I create a rule to block spam based on part of the text in an email? Anybody can help me?

Matching the entire body tends to be rather inefficient. However, you could write your own Spamassassin rule [1] if you really need to. I'd make sure you follow our advice on improving spam detection rates first, though. That tends to be more successful in practice [2].
