RSYNC/corosync OS Drive

Is it possible to CRON a rsync/corosync job to mirror the OS drive? There is no way I can run a hardware RAID. I do not want to run software raid because I want to stay in full support. I understand there will be down time until I change the boot drive, however, I don't mind the downtime with 6 nodes and HA.

Take a look at clonezilla. You can boot off the clonezilla CD, and mirror your os drive over the network (via NFS/etc) or onto another physical drive.

I really need some updated help with this.
Clonezilla would work if it didn't require me to boot.
I need something that can run nightly to copy the OS drive across 2 other drives of equal size. Then if I have a failure, I can just remove the failed drive and boot from one of the other drives.
My issue with a Hardware RAID card is I have 1 pci-e slot only. I'm using a Supermicro Blade system, and I need each of those pci-e slots for quad NICs.
The NICs are a must in order for my setup to work.

This may work. It would just require me to go through a restoration process, but I like it. I will try it out.
Do you know of anything more dynamic? Something that doesn't need a process before hand?
