Roadmap for backup PVE to PBS?

Is there anything on the proxmox roadmap to allow backing up the base PVE install (not VMs or LXCs) to PBS? I'm not seeing it here:

Seems like a pretty desirable feature. Right now I'm using dd to image the PVE boot disk to a USB drive but it is s...l...o...w.

If that feature were present for a baremetal restore, it would be great if the bootable proxmox install ISO presented an option to restore from a PBS backup.

Is there a place to vote for features?

This feature has not been implemented yet.

The idea of using dd is a good one as well.
We are currently operating with an offline mirror created using the Proxmox Offline Mirror Tool, along with recovery from an /etc/pve backup taken with proxmox-backup-client.

You can basically use any Linux backup tool depending on what you feel comfortable with. Searching the forum for host backups will give you several old threads with ideas and scripts how to approach this.
