restore openvz from 1.9 to 2.2

Hello,

i tried to restore my vzdump from Proxmox1.9 to my new system 2.2
If i start the container i get following message on my console:

...
Starting web server: apache2.
INIT: no more processes left in this runlevel

But i can not login on my Proxmox-console.
I can login with ssh?
Does someone has an idea?
