We are using Proxmox VE cluster in one of our site(4 nodes) and have two Proxmox Backup Servers (PBS) attached to the same PVE cluster — let's call them:
PBS-1: Global-backups (holds around 40 template backups of various OS images)
PBS-2: Destination (where we want to store copies of the same backup)
Each backup in PBS-1 is a predefined VM template with a unique VMID, and our goal is to restore all of them using their original VMIDs to the PBS-2. IMP: The VMID should be same as in the backups.
Is there anyway to do this in pbs like any tools or something? Any help will be highly appreciable.!!
