Restart or unlock VPS using command line from a specific Cluster node

is it possible to manage via command line vps hosted on differents cluster nodes ?

Hi, you can manage/interact with VMs/CTs on every node of the cluster. E.g. with `qm start <VMID>` you can start a VM with ID VMID. Have a look at https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/qm.1.html
