aptitude reinstall pve-kernel-2.6.32-28-pve
should fix it
make modules is useless since you are compiling outside of the kernel source tree. make without options is sufficient.

1- If i have a group of PVE Nodes with the same NIC Realtek, works "DKMS" with dpkg?
2- Or as second option of the first question, to make a binary of installation, is correct the process of this link?, or what should i change?:
