[REQUEST] bwlimit on backups

Hi,

will be very interesting add a "bwlimit" speed option, to limit the amount of data transfered in a backup process.
Now, the backup process blocks my entire network card at 1Gbps.

this feature exists for years.

Yes, I know that exist on vzdump. But is not a option available in the Proxmox interface. This is my request.
To do manually, I need to edit the cron file and add the parameter?
Is also available for KVM machines?
