Hi,
Background:
I ran Proxmox for years on a single node and for some reason which I can't recall, stupid me, renamed the standard logical volume from "data" to something else for the lvm thin pool. It worked all fine...

Now I started to adding some more nodes and face the challenge that all new installations provide a logical volume "data", which I would have to rename to my homebrew name to be able to move VMs around those nodes. Renaming it initially was a bad idea, it will give me further headaches whenever I try to follow a tutorial or do something else, where I forgot that it isn't "data" any more. Thus, I would like to change it back to "data" so that I am simply standard conform and more failsafe in the future.

Question:
Where and how can I change the logical volume name? I know I can use lvrename to do that on the command line. However, I have to tell Proxmox where to find the VM disks. There is /etc/storage, but there are config files for each VM as well. Any other configs, which refer to the logical volume name?
