Removed Node from a two-Node cluster (HELP)

I followed these instructions to remove one node from my two-cluster test lab:

The issue now is I'm getting a cluster failure, is this because I needed to have three nodes for this to work. Is there a way to disable the cluster completely and re-enable it once I have two nodes again?

I figured out my own answer:

pvecm expect 1 (changed the quorum 1) and the delete command worked.
