I have a 3 node proxmox cluster. One node died so I removed it from the cluster following the steps in this document:

We are using CEPH and some configs have remained behind.
If I view the OSD disks, the disks are gone but the host remains in the list:
By the monitors section, the manager was removed but the monitor remains and can't be removed:
The command PVECEPH Status shows the node is still in some configuration items:
When running pvecm status, it shows the node is no longer there:
The corosync file has no entries for the node that was removed.
I have looked in /etc/pve but the node was removed from here.
Can anyone help me with this please.
