Remove rpool (which I am booting from) and reinstall on other disk. How?

I want to re-install proxmox from scratch, but use another two disks in a zfs mirror on the same machine.
While installing, it tells me that there is already a zpool "rpool" and therefore I cannot install proxmox.
Anyway, I chose to rename the pool to something like rpool-OLD-8432200694685522949.
But once booted, I cannot destroy it because it is "busy"

How can I delete that rpool-OLD-8432200694685522949?
I do not care about the data on the disks.
