Remove Node Restart / Shutdown Options from Web GUI

Is it possible to remove these buttons from the web interface?

For security purposes we do not want anyone without root access to the server to have ability to reboot or shutdown the host node.
 
if a user have not the rights to reboot/shutdown, these buttons are not functional (shown grayed)
