Hello,

I'm using an evaluation licence with two test domains. The mail gateway is on an internet server and the MX relay of both domains point to it. I've set up the default gateway and it points to the server on wich mailboxes are. Mailboxes are catchall for the tests.

When I send a mail to these domains the mail gateway rejects it with a 554 5.7.1 error - relay access denied.

What did I miss ?

Thank for your help.

Thank for your reply Tom,

I've read both guides, deployment and admin.

It's incoming mail, just like the figure 2-2 in the deployment guide unless that the gateway and the server are on the internet, any firewall.

Should I add the two domains somewhere or the licence configuration in mail proxy setting is enough ?

Thank again for your help.

are you sure you got the right license for your domains? do you use a trial key? post the license number.

The licence key is 884F-41D3-450A-8C09-E25C. It's a 30 Days Trial Version.

In the mail proxy setting, relayed domains are correct.

we sent you a new license key via email, better?

thanks for feedback. if you generate trial keys for multiple domains, just separate with comma ','
do not use ;

we try to include a check to eliminate such failures in the future.
