Recommended server hardware for CEPH

Any recommendations for highly compatible hardware for CEPH configuration. Are there any preferences for storage controllers that works best with CEPH? Below requirements:

We prefer Dell hardware if possible.
3 host configuration
512GB RAM per host
Intel Gold Processors
30TB storage (SAS SSD)
