That page features website & mailto links for German only.
When I request information from them, they reply with:

OVH Deutschland bietet ausschließlich deutschsprachigen Support.

Falls Sie einen Wohnsitz in England haben, wenden Sie sich bitte an ovh.co.uk (OVH Engaland) .

...Which Google translates into:

OVH Germany only offers German support.

If you have a residence in England, please contact ovh.co.uk (OVH Engaland).

OVH is a French company, with offices in several other countries - I assume you will be able to find a English speaking guy there - I will point our OVH contact to this post, thanks for reporting.

OVH has many subsidiaries (mostly in Europe), that serve many coutries throughout the world. Depending on your location there should be one suitable for you, you can find out more here:
