Reboot problem - HP Microserver Gen 10

Hab bei meinen HP Microservern (Gen 10) ein Problem beim rebooten...

Kann mir bitte jemand sagen wie ich das in welchem logfile identifizieren kann?
 
Müsste das nicht im "/var/log/syslog" und "/var/log/syslog.1" zu finden sein?

Was genau siehst du denn beim Reboot und was klappt da nicht?

Der Fehler tritt auf wenn ich versuche einen reboot zu machen, der Server bleibt beim runterfahren hängen, die Ein/Aus-Taste bleibt grün... Damit die Kiste wieder hoch kommt muss ich hart ausschalten und die Ein/Aus-Taste nochmal betätigen...

Hab gelsen das es mit der Installation von pve-manager aus dem Test-Repo wieder funktionieren könnte, leider bringt das auch nix...
