Hi,

I've installed proxmox 1.6 on December last year. three days ago, I've upgrade it to 1.7 with fix.
After that I've got a lot of messages form proxmox with information about emails in Quarantine.
I've found that in all of them there is an entries :
RCVD_HELO_IP_MISMATCH witch has 3.2 points.

Could you please tell me how to remove this checking ? and .. what is about ?

Thanks,
Krzysztof

hi,

RCVD_HELO_IP_MISMATCH is a standard spamassassin check.
Description: HELO and IP do not match, but should

so why do you want to remove this check?

I suggest that you inform the sender that they have to configure their sending mail servers correctly.

I just wonder what was the change that after upgrade (with configuration restrore) nomber of emails in quarantine was much bigger...

any other suggestion ?

Krzysztof

hi,

first, we are always improving our product and on the other side, the number of spam messages is never linear.
