So, I have went through the installation process several times and watched several videos on how to set this up and no matter which video or guide I follow, I run into the same problem. After installation and I reboot it takes me to this screen:

I can't even get logged in to set anything up. I literally can not get passed this. Any help would be appreciated.

Is you local network in the 192.168.100.0/24 subnet or did you just use the default IP address in the installer? What is the IP address of the system that runs the browser? Which subnet does your router route for?
Please have look at some of the forum threads that are about this installation mistake: they are usually title like "cannot reach web interface" or "cannot connect to Proxmox".

Could it be a vpn issue? Turn it off if it's on.
I also tried it on chrome and got the same error. I checked the settings and it said that brave vpn was turned off. I did this on mobile but when I reset and booted into windows, I tried it and got the same message. I even tried it in edge and nothing.

I used all of the default settings when installing it.

You need to enter an unused IPv4 address that is reachable inside your local network, otherwise computers in your local network cannot reach the Proxmox server.
Ahhh. Ok. I am kind of a novice when it comes to networking stuff. Would you happen to have a guide or something that could point me in the right direction?

Since the installer did not get an IP address via DHCP, please make sure the server is connected to your local network with a cable (as Proxmox does not support WiFi).

Uh-Oh. I think there may be a big problem for why this install failed. I am currently connected to wifi though my motherboard. I currently don't have a way to hard wire my pc at the moment. :/

Once I get it hard wired, do I just follow the installation as normal or will I still need to change the iPv4 address?

I appreciate the help.

You will still need to set an appropriate IP address for your server in the installation screen, which is part of the "normal" instructions.

In general, setups using WiFi are possible and you should be able to do things like connect to the WegGUI just fine. Please refer to the Proxmox Wiki Page - WLAN if you want to try setting that up.

However, certain configurations might need some extra work to get them working, e.g. something like what is described in this post.
