I still can not qmrestore the 1TB file, the 500GB works just normal.

I just uploaded a fixed package to the pvetest repository. You can test with (update to latest version first):

# wget ftp://download.proxmox.com/debian/dists/wheezy/pvetest/binary-amd64/qemu-server_3.1-16_amd64.deb
# dpkg -i qemu-server_3.1-16_amd64.deb

Yes, its working now, I tested it with lzo. I will do it also with gzip...
