Create a new VM using parameters read from an OVF manifest

    <vmid> <integer> (1 - N)

        The (unique) ID of the VM.

So it seems vmid can't be smaller than 100. This confused me. Would somebody please correct this?

Currently, vmid 1-99 are reserved, so you cannot use them.
