Hello all,
I have a couple of separate Proxmox clusters using Ceph, and both won't allow me to create OSDs at the moment:
# pveceph createosd /dev/sdd
Error: any valid prefix is expected rather than "".
command '/sbin/ip address show to '' up' failed: exit code 1
Testing 'ip address show' with the correct node IP does return the correct detail. Any pointers to where I can troubleshoot next would be appreciated. The cluster's health seems otherwise fine, as is "pveceph lspools", "ceph status" etc. There seems to be something particular about creating an OSD that cares about the hostname/ip address.
Thank you,
Chris
