Hello,

i'm currently trying to set up our new PVE Cluster with 3 Nodes (DL380 G9 with FC Cards which wont show up in Proxmox?), we want to use an HPE 3PAR 9450 but dont know how to configure it?! (But atleast the 3PAR is working)

If someone could give me a little walktrough with the steps we need, like creating the volumes, etc... it would be very kind!

(I have never used a 3PAR before and the last guy who managed that is no longer working here...)

(Sorry for my poor english, i'm from Germany)

If you think that FC cards are not visible by OS Kernel, then the steps for creating volumes are not going to help you.

Which commands did you run to confirm that FC cards are not present in the OS?

Keep in mind that PVE is based on Debian userland and Ubuntu Kernel. I recommend locating your storage vendor's documentation for installing and configuring FC/3PAR storage in Linux. That should give you a path forward.

Good luck
