I want to know if I am missing anything on the encryption of my backups from my PVE nodes to my PBS. Everything seems to be running okay, but when I go the the PBS, i see that the backups are "mixed". I expect that from the top level as some aren't encrypted. But when I drill down to the last backup, it is mixed itself and some of the files aren't encrypted. I have attached a snapshot for clarification.

the index.json.blob is the backup manifest referencing the other files, it's not encrypted (but protected by a signature if the backup itself is encrypted). the client.log.blob gets uploaded after the backup has been finalized, it's currently unencrypted but with plans to be encrypted and signed.
