Hallo zusammen,

kann man mit Proxmox bei der Installation direkt ein Raid 1 oder 5 für das Proxmox OS einrichten?

Ja, via ZFS oder btrfs (wobei man btrfs liebern icht für raid5 nehmen sollte...). Solltest du dann aber auch gute Disks haben und keinen HW Raid Controller davor.
