Hallo PVEler,

für Docker Container Installationen gibt es sehr viele Anleitungen.
PVE kann nativ keine Docker Container starten, bzw. es wird nicht empfohlen.

Wie sollte ich Docker Container Lösungen in PVE implementieren, geht nur über eine Linux VM als Basis?

Wofür steht die Abkürzung CT im Zusammenhang mit Proxmox?

Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass Docker in einem Promox Container (LXC) nicht optimal läuft. Diverse Apps, wie npm (Nginx Proxy Manager) oder scrypted laufen so nicht. Fehlermeldung: Layer.... Am besten eine VM (ich habe mir dazu eine Debian 12 Minimal VM als Template erstellt), und dort Docker aufsetzen. Proxmox selbst empfiehtl Docker auf einer VM zu installieren.​
