I've had a PBS install for a few months now and it has been fine, until most recently after things were updated on the PBS VM
Searches for this kind of thing on the forums and google have been less than impressive for results. It's certainly not a network or drive issue. 10G fiber connecting the PBS VM and it's writing to a local RAID 6.
