Guten Morgen liebe Proxmox Versierte

Ich habe ein Problem.. Klar, sonst würde ich wahrscheinlich hier nicht schreiben.
Ich bin gerade am Ende meiner Ausbildung und dabei mein Abschlussprojekt zu bearbeiten. Dabei soll es sich um ein Lab für andere Azubis handeln. Logischerweise wird das mit einem Proxmox-Cluster erstellt.

Ich habe ein paar Grundlegende Einstellungen durchgeführt und wollte nun einfach ifupdown2 installieren. Andere Pakete wie iperf3 oder OpenvSwitch liefen ohne Probleme durch, aber bei ifupdown2 bekomme ich jedes mal beim Versuch es zu installieren Folgende Ausgabe.

Ich habe so meine Zweifel dass ich das tun sollte..
Ich weiß einfach nicht was ich jetzt noch machen soll..

In meiner sources.list habe ich nur

deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian buster main contrib

deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian buster-updates main contrib

# security updates
deb http://security.debian.org buster/updates main contrib

drinnen stehen. Zuvor, da über das Cluster-Backend auch Ceph laufen soll, hatte ich noch

deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/ceph-octopus buster main

mit drinnen stehen. Ist aber wieder raus.

Ich hoffe jemand kennt das Problem und weiß wie ich das lösen kann.


PS: Ich bin Auszubildender und kein Linuxprofi Ein wenig kenne ich mich aus aber nicht allzu doll.

Ich habe auch schon selber gesucht, aber bin nicht fündig gefunden. Möglich dass da was bei war, aber noch nicht wirklich verständlich für mich.

Die Meldung kommt immer, wenn die Abhängigkeiten so aufgelöst werden, dass PVE deinstalliert würde. Der Grund sind meistens falsch konfigurierte Repositories.

Hast du eines der PVE Repos konfiguriert? Zum Beispiel das No-Subscription? ( https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#sysadmin_package_repositories )

Dann ein apt update machen und schauen ob die Installation ohne diese Meldung durchläuft.

Hm... Hab ich nicht gemacht.. Da dort der Hinweis stand dass es nicht empfohlen für die Produktive Nutzung sei...

Ich fühle mich blöd... Es geht jetzt.. Oh man, sowas ärgert mich jetzt.

Für Produktivsysteme mietet man sich besser eine Proxmox Lizenz. Dann hat man auch besseren Support, unterstützt die Entwickler und darf das stabilere Enterprise Repository nutzen. Ist jetzt aber auch nicht so, dass das kostenlose No-Subscription-Repository nicht zu gebrauchen wäre. Gerade für den Heimgebrauch, wo es nicht so sehr auf Verfügbarkeit ankommt, klappt das auch wunderbar. Gibt halt gelegentlich mal Bugs beim Updaten, aber nach 1 oder 2 Tagen bekommt man die normal dann auch über Hilfe der Community oder des Proxmox Teams gelöst.
