Hello all,

I have a almost clean PVE 7.0 installation with latest updates (have only 5 clean VM's) and yesterday I noticed a strange behavior during shutdown. The screen stays blank for about 3mins and then shows '239.118608 systemd-shutdown[1]: Failed to finalize DM devices, ignoring.' This happens when machine has been powered off via the power button, via console (poweroff or shutdown -h now) or via webGUI. The problems started to appear after installing the latest updates from the default + No-Subscription repo's. Also noticed that during boot and error about 'Volume Group "pve" not found." but machine is booting without any problems also after the boot checked with "vgs" command and the VG "pve" is there. My guess is the hardware isn't fully kernel compliant but not 100% sure because before PVE 7.0 I was using Ubuntu 20.04LTS without that problem.

Machine specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom II B55@4Ghz
RAM: 24GB DDR3 RAM = 2x8 + 2x4
MB: Asrock 970PRO3
2xHDD's (passed thru to VM)
1xSSD SATA3 OS boot
OS: PVE7.0

I will be grateful if someone can someone help me with this problem.
Thanks in advance.
