Guten Morgen,

ich habe hier einen buster / pve 6.4-13 vor mir den ich updaten möchte. Beim Update der letzten Buster Pakete will apt jedoch die Pakete

proxmox-ve
pve-firmware
pve-kernel-5.4

entfernen und stattdessen

firmware-linux-free
linux-image-*

installieren. Ist das so gewollt? Installier ich nach dem update auf bullseye dann proxmox-ve und pve-firmware neu?

nein das ist nicht so gedacht, den Wiki Eintrag dazu schon gelesen [1]? Eventuell stehen da ja noch andere Dinge drinnen die fürs Upgrade noch nicht beachtet worden sind. Aber für diesen Fall ist das hier relevant:

Upgrade wants to remove package 'proxmox-ve'​

If you have installed Proxmox VE on top of Debian Buster, you may have installed the package 'linux-image-amd64', which conflicts with current 6.x setups. To solve this, you have to remove this package with
Code:
apt remove linux-image-amd64
before the dist-upgrade.
