[SOLVED] Public and private interfaces for VMs

Hi,
Is it possible to assign to VM 2 interfaces, public and private?
In general yes, you can add multiple virtual NICs to VMs, and they can have different backing NICs.

But the question is a bit general to be answered concretely, so what do you want to configure/achieve exactly?

Hi,

On my proxmox i have two ifaces, public and private, i want to add vm and assign to this vm both interfaces but when creating vm there is no such a option, my question is, how can i do it?

Yes, the Webinterface VM creation wizard is limited to the most used options, one can always add more network interfaces or disks or other Hardware after creation.

So create the VM, assign one interface. After creation go to the VMs HW tab and add the other.
