Firstly, congratulations for this amazing product.

A think there's a bug on the prune schedule settings.

My configurations is for "Every Saturday 18:15".

But it was executed on the 28 of June at 13h02m and on the 04 of Agost at 18h15m.

Code:
2020-07-28T13:02:00+01:00: Starting datastore prune on store "ZFS_Backup"
2020-07-28T13:02:00+01:00: task triggered by schedule 'sat 18:15'

Code:
2020-08-04T18:15:00+01:00: Starting datastore prune on store "ZFS_Backup"
2020-08-04T18:15:00+01:00: task triggered by schedule 'sat 18:15'

there currently still is an issue since we track past executions via the task logs which get rotated out (implementing a separate persistent state file is currently in-progress). likely the first one was when you created the schedule (it found that the saturday before that was missed ,so it executed the 'missing' run). on August 4th possible the last execution before that was rotated out, and it again triggered out of the regular schedule to make up for the missing entry?

The server up-time at this moment is 10 days and 11 hours.
Since tomorrow is Saturday, I won't change any thing and update this thread when the task is executed again.

it's not uptime related - the issue is that we only store the last 1000 tasks, so if you have enough tasks since the last prune the PBS server will think no prune has happened yet and start one. it's possible you are hitting some other bug related to schedule calculation as well, but this is a known issue that is currently being worked on.

Are all the server tasks shown in the task viewer?
I only have 57 lines, and starts on the July 25.

you can see of all them in /var/log/proxmox-backup
