I have Proxmox 4.2 and i have an virtual machine lxc , it is not openvz .


How can i conect to that virtual machine becouse i have a problem of network and i have to conect from main proxmomx ssh to that virtual machine ...

I have to fix the problem networking inside the lxc becouse i did changed ip .

Use Console via proxmox interface. Click the Container name in Proxmox interface then click the console tab and press enter on black screen and it should give you a login prompt.
 
What sahostking said, or, In case you literally mean that you need a terminal solution from within an ssh session on the proxmox host:
# pct enter $VMID
 
After i login via ssh putty to one of the virtual lxc machine i receive :

login as: root
root@89.33.121.227's password:
Server refused to allocate pty
