Proxmox Vm- crash when connect usb devices

Hello everyone,
I'm having difficulties with a vm on my ve: I already did a passthrough on another vm (windows 11), but with this new vm (macos) its not working.
The vm get stuck when I add another core on cpu (does not work with 11 core out of 12, but it does work with 8), and completely switch off when I try to passthrough usb/pci devices (except from gpu) or even connect them.
This is log report, when I did try to connect a usb keyboard:
