The training FAQ page states that there is a certificate.

Thanks, @n01k . But a certificate of completion is not the same thing as a certification exam!

I recently made the course and it has been helpful, at the end of the day it doesnt matter if i can prove on paper that i listened and understand the contents of the course one day after the course or just have a paper that shows that i participated, half a year later it will show if you could remember those things or not, regardless of making a physical exam or just participating in an online course
