But now I would to know if it is possible to get a tarball file or sources to compile promox ve on CentOS based distribution ? On website I did not find that's what i want .. Thanks you!

Yes, that is correct and also documented: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_Jessie You don't need to build source packages.
