Proxmox VE on Dell Optiplex 7070

Hello there
I’m trying to install Proxmox on my new Dell Optiplex 7070 with 32gb of ram, 256gb nvme, 1tb of ssd and 5tb of 2.5” optical drive. I’ve used all kind of burners (Rufus, balena etcher….) the Dell boot screen will come on and it goes blank…..nothing! Can please anyone on here help me. I’m new to this

If you can't install PVE from the PVE ISO, as a workaround you can also install PVE7.0 ontop of a normal Debian 11. The Debian installer looks to be a bit more compatible and also offers more exotic options like a text mode installer.
