Have you enabled swap ?
No, this server has no swap (0).
Before the complete crash (df -h) I verified memory with free and he has 10GB of free memory...
Can this (running without swap) caused that?
It's quiet the opposite in my case, after disabled swap I haven't met this problem.
What is your Proxmox version and hardware?
Mine is 6.0-7 with Xeon 4216 on X11 Supermicro.

After a restart the server is working fine, next window I will upgrade the Proxmox / ZFS to last version.
