Hello,

I'm trying to teaming network cards.
With no luck.

I got stuck witch no access to the web interface.
The server has 4 network ports.

What i have done:
1) vmbr0 is the default for access the webinterface (with ip adress and gateway)
2) if i make a new linux bond with 3 network ports
3) and then make a new linux bridge to connect to bond
4) restart te server
5) i cant access the web interface anymore.

I have searched the internet, but no luck for a solution.

Greetings,

Albert

Hi,

Can you send a config?
Because without nobody is able to tell you where the failure is.

Hello Wolfgang,

This i have installed, but then i had no access to the webinterface anymore:

Network ports = eno1, eno2, eno3, eno4
vmbro = ports: eno1 ip is *.*.*.*50/24 gateway: *.*.1.1

Now its working.

Its not working if i do this:

If i make a new linux bond with mode balance-alb
and slaves: one2, one3, one4
I set there no ip numer etc. i think.

Then i make a new linux bridge with bridge port: linux bond

So that must it be, i think.

vmbro is there for access the web interface.

Greetings,

Albert
