altnames are simply alternative names given to the interfaces by the kernel. This is a result of how hardware enumeration works.See also this guide on how to manage such aliases.
You can e.g. delete them
ip l prop del dev eno4 altname <altname>ICODE], but it's rather pointless, as altnames have no impact on normal operation.
