check that your node is quorate, there have been reports in the past with non-quorate nodes triggering a hanging systemd-tty-ask-password-agent process..

I would try to reload/restart the `pvescheduler` service :

systemctl restart pvescheduler.service

it is in a cluster, but since it's alone in a cluster with 3 members, it is not quorate.

either return the cluster to a working state, or make the node standalone (see our admin guide).
