We currently have two Proxmox VMs one is active at our main campus and one at our DR site turned on but not having mail traffic going through it. We are currently experiencing were about every two days or so that out mail really slows down. It could take anywhere from 20 mins to over an hour for a message to be either sent out of the domain or received into the domain. This is a major issue because we are a health organization and we send text messages to doctors via email. When we watch the real-time logging we notice a lot of activity, but no messages are delivered. If we look at the mail queue we will see some messages but not all of them. So we switch our mail traffic to our DR site Proxmox that work for while then it did the same thing. So then we switch it back to our main campus box however we did increase the resources of VM to 4GBs ram and 4 processors before this and it ran fine for a few hours then we received a message of insufficient system storage. This box only has an 8GB hard drive. We tried disabling spam filtering hoping that would speed up the mail processing, but that did no make a change. So in the mean time we have taken this device out of our mail flow and everything is running without any issues. I was told to post here by Ken D from Global Certs in the hopes that someone would have a solution to this issue. Sorry for the bad spelling and hope this make sense I have been up for 24+ hours dealing with this.

Thanks,
Matt

hi,

looks that your system lacks of performance. but without any detailed info its not possible to say whats wrong. I suggest you go the standard support way for commercial licensed customers, means in the first run contact your reseller and they will decide to open a support ticket.
