proxmox not restart

Hello,

i have a problem with my proxmox ve installed on soyoustart dedicated server.

after reboot this not restart properly, i try to go on rescue modo (of soyoustart) but nothing i am not able to do this.

could u help me to fix this problem?

without more info, nobody is able to help you
 
any error messages or other information you get
 
when i try to connect with ssh i am not bale to connected (network connection failed), but the hosting service told me if u ping the ip (and the port 22) this give u back answer.

i have reboot, from soyoustart control panel, and after this the web gui don't work anymore (xx.xx.xx.xx:8006) and when i use ssh (xx.xx.xx.xx:22) i am not able to connect to server (only in rescue mode)
 
without access via an ikvm or something it will be hard to help you
 
i ask for an access kvm, and they give it to me, let me know how i have to move now
 
look what error messages you get on boot and act accordingly

i try to restart service pveproxy and other service but some of this give me failed start
 
if i unistall proxmox-ve and reinstall? this can help? i lost my VPS?

i have proxmox VE installed on dedicated server SOYOUSTART

clearly write what you did
clearly write what error messages you get

nobody can help you
 
ok,

for restore i see, in rescue mode, the permission of some file in /etc/ssh/ was incorrect. i modify this with correct permission.
so i was able to restore SSH connection with my server.

now when i write, in my internet browser, ip:8006 i have this errore ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
so i write various service status on terminal and this is results (write only the service with failed status):
