Proxmox not installing ( sp5100_tco: I/O address 0x0cd6 already in use)

New PC with Ryzen 5 2600.

Stresstested in Windows 10 - OK.
Trying to install Proxmox, getting sp5100_tco: I/O address 0x0cd6 already in use error and then other errors: )

BTW The motherboard has a flesh released X470 chipset. May be it is yet to be supported?

BTW Booting from a USB Flash drive. Dunno, why it is looking for a CD?

The first error is "could not insert kvm_amd" So look in the bios if virtualization is on. And yes it could be also a problem with a too new chipset.

OK. I found (it is hidden so deep in BIOS...) enabled VM. But the CD problem persists.

Have a look on the bios settings for USB, maybe some change here is possible, it trys the USB stick as CD

Also maybe you have a real CD drive to test, or maybe a USB CD Drive?

Tried different USB settings in BIOS. Tried diffferent USB-ports. Nothing helps.
I do not have an external (as an internal) CD/DVD/BR drive. And I'm not fimilar with PXE, sorry.

It is just a home server.

I've managed to install PVE. I wrote the USB with "file duplication mode", today I tried with "disk duplication mode". And it worked.
