Proxmox Node is shown as offline, but V-Server are online

Hello,

my problem is, that one of my two Proxmox Servers which are in one Cluster everyday is shown as offline....
I can only solve the problem, when I restart the whole Root Server....

When I only restart Apache, the problem is also there.

What can this be ?

Hope anyone could help me....
Problem come up, as I switched an V-Server from one node to the other....
