Due to a problem between Proxmox 3.1 Appliance and Exchange 2007 Server some mails have been kept in the mail queue. We did restart Proxmox, Exchange Information Store and Exchange itself, but the incoming mails (during the crash) stay in the queue. Can you inform us how to "force" the transfer to Exchange.
Of course we used the Flush queue but without any success ...
Many thanks in advance.

check the queue log - should tell in detail why emails are not delivered

More explanation : during the connection problem between Proxmox and Exchange around 120 mails were queued in Proxmox for later delivery to Exchange. These mails have the status "Bounced". Even by restarting Proxmox and Exchange and flushing the queue they stay in the queue. Our main problem is to dequeue them and to deliver them to the Exchange Server.

again, check the log and post it:

Go to Administration/Queues/Mail - you can trigger the mail sending by "Flush queue" (click on the arrow).

then you will get a list - click on a row and you will see detailed log.

If messages are bouncing, maybe something is wrong in your port settings.?

Check the security between PMG and Exchange; maybe you need to activate TLS. check logs on PMG to see is this is the error.
